Trauma Addiction Life Coaching Certification

I have often said that education is the true baseline to healing trauma. This has held true in all aspects of what it means to Think Unbroken-because how we understand ourselves is paramount to everything involved in healing. To understand where we are going, we must first understand how we got to where we are, and if it is true that we are the stories that we tell ourselves, then we must change the narrative for growth to happen.

I'm proud of this certificate from Dr. Gabor Mate-one of the worlds leading minds in trauma and addiction, because I have faced my own demons with addiction and, like so many other survivors, will likely always have to face those demons head-on. However, understanding the baseline of addict behaviors and the needs associated with the gaps we try to fill is potent magic.

I will continue to learn, grow, and heal not only for myself but also for the clients I coach, the books I write, and the people I am in connection with. This is only one of many, but this one feels more special because I have been in the darkness, and I have been in the light but only through education have I been able to embrace it.
