You should rest. Advice from your trauma coach.

Take it from me. The best thing we can for healing trauma is to rest. Our brains and bodies need to recover especially when we come from toxic stress. As I write this I am thinking about a nice long vacation for no other reason than to disconnect from the world. We need to rest to heal our bodies and minds after trauma.

Being a workaholic is easy. Being a person on the go all the time is easy. Resting and listening to your body is hard. So, because it is hard we must do it. We learn from getting uncomfortable and sometimes the most uncomfortable thing we can do is to take care of ourselves.
