Making a commitment to yourself means doing what you said you are going to do every day that you say you will do something. That even means on nights that you have to sneak it in right before bed. Holding to what you say, no matter how hard, is how you build yourself and your relationship with hard things. The difference between success and failure is effort. How are you going to show up for yourself today?

Edison failed at making the lightbulb a thousand times. And every time he tried, he failed until he didn’t. When you set a goal, don’t stop until you reach it. No matter what. 

Holding yourself accountable is the cornerstone of success.
